Our Values Start With Our People

We live by five core values that guide who we are and how we show up every day: Integrity: We believe in doing the right thing in every interaction. Respect: We value different perspectives and celebrate the wide range of backgrounds of all those who work for and shop with us because our differences make us stronger. Accountability: We take ownership for our actions and decisions and grow from our experiences. Learning: We focus on continuous learning and develop our people. Humility: We recognize each other’s contributions and achieve success as a team.

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion

We treat our over 100,000 Associates and millions of Customers with respect. We are committed to equal opportunities and an inclusive workplace that celebrates the wide range of backgrounds of everyone who works for and shops with us. We have always fostered an environment where everyone can grow and succeed. This translates to how we interact with our Customers, as we strive to create a welcoming shopping experience for all. Our Support of Local Communities

For over 40 years, we’ve built our business around the local communities where we live and work. Across over 2,000 Stores and 7 Distribution Centers, it is our priority to hire locally and invest in programs that prepare our youth for the future. Through our national partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, we work with local Clubs to help thousands of kids in our communities receive academic support. Since 2015, we have raised and donated more than $46 million for this cause. We have also provided over 2.5 million books to children near our Stores through our long-standing partnership with First Book. Caring for our community also means that we are always looking for ways to reduce the impact our operations have on our neighbors through energy efficiency and waste reduction efforts. In addition, over the past year alone, we contributed $1.25 million to disaster relief. Learn more here
